HaulRate LLC ("HaulRate," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through haulrate.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a call, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and your answers about your waste service (monthly bill range, number of locations, and current hauler).
- Invoices you upload. If you attach a waste or recycling invoice, we receive that file and the information in it, such as account numbers, service levels, and charges.
- Scheduling information. When you pick a time, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details needed to book the call and send you a calendar invite.
- Basic technical information. Our website host may automatically log standard information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use your information
- To prepare for and hold your call, and to follow up about your waste bill.
- To review your invoices and, with your written approval, negotiate with your hauler on your behalf.
- To implement new rates and review your bills for accuracy.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host and form provider (Netlify) and our scheduling provider (Calendly). They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
- Your hauler, only as needed to negotiate or implement services you have authorized.
- Legal reasons, if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal and business obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing help@haulrate.com.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
